Weekly Pomme de Terre Community Cookbook Recipe! On such a hot day, today’s recipe does not involve the use of the stove or oven only crisp veggies!<\/p>\n

– Cabbage Salad –
\n2 c. cabbage, thinly sliced
\n2 c. carrots, shredded\u00a0
\n1\/2 c. crushed, roasted peanuts
\n1\/4 c. peanut oil (or salad oil)
\n1 hot green chili, chopped
\n1\/2 c. cilantro
\n1\/2 tsp. sugar
\nlemon juice and salt to taste.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mix everything except salt and lemon- add them only when ready to eat.<\/p>\n
